The CITY TAX is € 1 each per night and it is not included in the room price.

CHILDREN upto 3 years old can stay for free in the bed with their parents. Upon request we can prepare a baby cot for children upto 3 with an extra charge of 10 € per night.

CHECK IN is from 3 pm up to 7 pm on the arrival day. Self check in is available after 7 pm.

CHECK OUT is from 11 am on the departure day.

BREAKFAST time is from 8.30 to 10.30 am. No room service is available. Upon request we can get you an early breakfast.

In order to be able to TIDY UP the rooms we kindly ask you to leave the rooms within midday (12 am). Should you leave later the rooms won’t be cleaned.

The SPA KIT (bathrobe, flip flops and sauna towel) is available, on request, with a surcharge of € 7. The SPA KIT is included in the Evening Exclusive Spa package and in the Private Sauna package.

DOGS are welcomed in our premise in some of our rooms. An extra charge of 10 € per night is required. 

DISCOUNTS for Fort Bard, Pré St Didier Spa and Skyway Monte Bianco exclusively for our guests.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN throughout the structure. Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outdoor and to use the ashtrays. A fine will be provided for offenders.
